Welcome to the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management!
Engaging People. Leading Organizations. Advancing Kentucky.
Kentucky SHRM (KYSHRM) is the state affiliate for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). We serve over 3,000 human resource professionals and advance the HR profession in Kentucky through our thirteen local chapters as well as through our student chapters.
SHRM is the world’s largest professional association devoted to human resource management. Representing more than 275,000 members in over 160 countries, the Society is the leading provider of resources to serve the needs of HR professionals and advance the professional practice of human resource management.
The Kentucky SHRM State Council is comprised of over 40 leaders who volunteer their time to serve the HR professional and advance the HR profession in Kentucky. Kentucky SHRM is involved in many important initiatives that engage people within the HR profession, help employers lead their organizations, and advance the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Our volunteers contribute their time, energy and expertise to educate, advocate and lead HR. And those contributions directly impact the bottom-line and success of Kentucky’s employers.
Realize the benefits of membership by joining SHRM and a local Kentucky chapter. Become a member of one of Kentucky’s local chapters using the KYSHRM Chapters link on our web page. Join SHRM at www.shrm.org/membership.
