HR Award for Professional Excellence

The “HR Professional of the Year” award is designed to annually recognize professionals who:

The Kentucky Society of Human Resource Management's (SHRM) State Council developed a statewide award program designed to recognize professional excellence in the field of human resource management. It is the most prestigious human resource excellence award in the Commonwealth. The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and Associated Industries of Kentucky partnered with the State Council to promote the program to their members. HR professionals throughout Kentucky were nominated for the HR Professional of the Year Award. The nominees were required to have developed an innovative HR program or practice, be accomplished in their field, and volunteer their time and expertise to help others outside their organization.
